  • How can I change my shipping address
    Please contact us at, stating your order number and new shipping address. Kindly note additional charges may or may not apply if the shipping address is in a different country/region. Changes to shipping address will not be possible once the package is processed and shipped out.
  • What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order (Damaged or lost delivery)
    Here at MODE, we take our products and packaging seriously. All products will be checked, making sure that items are in good shape, before packing and finally sending it to you. In the event of damaged product is received, we will require photo proof of the affected product and in some cases, we may recall the actual product from you. Together with your order number, photos and actual product, we will conduct an investigation and review before a decision is made to re-send the product, subject to extra cost and product availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at or confirming with us if the actual product will be recalled. Kindly note MODE will not be liable for any missing package(s). However, we will try to locate the delivery team in Qxpress and try our best to retrieve your package(s).

    We accept credit card (via our website), bank transfer payment and/or PayNow/Paylah!
  • Do I get a refund if I cancel my orders after payment?
    Kindly note that no refunds will be made if you cancel your orders after payment.

    No worries! Email us the detailed description and/or similar image of the product you are looking for. We will do our best to accomodate to your requests - charges may/may not apply.
